Your design files and brand assets stay contractually yours for the term of the supply agreement, and the branded prototype you approve is the reference unit every production lot is checked against.

Eight stages take a private label project from first email to a loaded container, and every stage produces a document you can audit — quotation, sample approval record, lot traveler, AQL report, loading photos.

The four-control-point flow produces a signed lot traveler you can audit without visiting the factory: ask for it before pre-shipment inspection and you will see exactly which units passed which test. Because private label orders carry your brand, every control point checks against the approved branded prototype — not a generic reference unit.

Certification documents behind every private label shipment

Private label hoods carry ETL listing for North America (UL 507 plus CSA C22.2 No. 64, queryable by model with Intertek) and CB Scheme certification for multi-market approval; for Europe the baseline is the EU CE marking framework (EN 60335-2-31 for range hoods) with REACH for material compliance. Certification documents and test reports ship with every order — and for private label programs we arrange certificates under your brand, which is what lets your product carry your name and the ETL mark at the same time. Five steps take most private label projects from first email to a loaded container. The first three fit inside one quarter, and the sample stage overlaps engineering review, so the calendar never stalls waiting on a single document.

1. Send your inquiry. Drawings, a reference sample or a competitor's model, plus target market and estimated volume, via the quote form or WhatsApp +86-13819556668; the export team logs the request the same working day.
2. Receive engineering review and quotation within 24 hours. Feasibility check, BOM and tooling cost breakdown, spec sheets and certification copies included.
3. Approve samples. 7–10 days on an existing platform, ~14 days for a fully branded prototype; sample cost refunded against your first bulk order.
4. Run pilot and mass production. 25–35 days through the four QC control points; inspect yourself or nominate SGS, BV or your own agent before shipment.
5. Collect documents and ship. Certification copies, loading plan with carton photos and signed lot traveler release before departure; FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.

Program-level partners can then move to an annual frame agreement — locked pricing, a reserved production slot, L/C at sight terms and regional exclusivity negotiated as a schedule to the master supply agreement.
