WHO WE SERVE · IMPORTERS, WHOLESALERS & DISTRIBUTORS
Range Hood Wholesale Program for Importers & Wholesalers
The official JILU wholesale range hood program: three order tiers from a 100-unit trial to an annual frame agreement, nine range hood categories plus backsplashes and outdoor cabinets mixed in one container, T/T 30/70 terms and 25–35 day lead times. Factory-direct from Shengzhou, Zhejiang since 1996.
What Does the Wholesale Program Include?
Three Tiers: Trial, Mixed Container, Annual Frame
Our program has three tiers: a trial order from 100 units per model, a standard mixed-SKU 20GP container, and an annual frame agreement with locked pricing and our priority production slot. Putting importers into the right tier up front is what lets us quote a price that holds — and lock a production slot that does not get bumped when a bigger order lands.
We designed the program in three tiers because the same factory treats a 100-unit sample run and a 5,000-unit annual frame very differently — in production scheduling, in raw-material purchasing, and in the QC sampling rate that gets applied. We learned that lesson the hard way in our first three years of running the wholesale program from our Shengzhou floor, and the tier structure below is the result.
| Order tier | Volume | Lead time | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial Order | 100 units/model | 25–35 days | Sample first; sample cost deducted from your bulk order |
| Standard Order | 1×20GP, mixed SKUs | 25–35 days | Mixed-container loading plan with photos before shipment |
| Program Order | 1×40HQ+ or annual frame | Priority production slot | Price lock for the frame period; regional terms negotiable |
Why factory-direct changes the economics of every tier
We have operated our own factory in Shengzhou, Zhejiang since 1996 — you audit one facility, not an invisible supply chain. A packaging or spec change you email us at 9 AM is on our production floor by lunch, because the stamping line, weld cells and assembly bays belong to us. That is the operational half of factory-direct buying; the financial half is the 10–20 percent trading-company margin that never enters your landed cost. Our seven-reason importer breakdown and the 2026 sourcing guide cover the full factory-direct versus intermediary comparison.
Which Categories Can You Mix in One Container?
Nine Hood Categories Plus Accessories in One Container
Nine range hood categories plus stainless backsplashes, BBQ grills and outdoor cabinets can share a single container — one bill of lading, one customs entry, and one landed-cost number to budget against. Every tier of the wholesale program covers the full JILU range.
We bundled the categories together because most distributors we onboard already sell three or four SKUs across hoods, inserts and outdoor kitchen products — and forcing them into separate PO cycles just adds friction. One container, one bill of lading, one customs entry: that is how we run the wholesale program, and it is what gives our importers a single landed-cost number to budget against. Because predictable landed cost is what importers ask us for more than any other single thing, we made the shipping terms the simplest part of the contract.
| Category | Line highlights | Typical mix role |
|---|---|---|
| Under-cabinet | 30/36 in, baffle or mesh filters, ducted or recirculating | North American volume anchor |
| Wall-mounted | 60/90 cm chimney in stainless or black | European volume anchor |
| Island | 90/120 cm double-wall chimney | Showroom and premium tier |
| Insert (built-in) | 30/36 in liners for cabinet integration | Remodeler and cabinet channel |
| Slim | 60/90 cm at an 8 cm profile | Compact-apartment programs |
| Glass | Curved or flat tempered-glass canopy | Design-led retail shelves |
| Black | Matte-black chimney and under-cabinet SKUs | Color-differentiated retail |
| Split-type | Remote motor for low in-kitchen noise | Hotel and premium projects |
| BBQ | Outdoor-rated stainless for grill islands | Outdoor kitchen dealers |
| Backsplashes | Brushed stainless panels sized to hood width | Carton filler with real margin |
| BBQ grills | Built-in gas grills matched to BBQ hoods | Outdoor bundle upsell |
| Outdoor cabinets | 304 stainless storage for outdoor kitchens | Outdoor bundle upsell |
The loading plan with carton-level photos goes out before departure, so your forwarder can pre-book and your warehouse can pre-label while the container is still on the water. Browse the full catalog on our products page before you shortlist the SKUs for your first mixed container.
Island hoods join wall-mount, insert, slim and BBQ lines in the same 20GP — one bill of lading, one customs entry. What Are the MOQ, Payment and Lead Time Terms?
MOQ 100 Units/Model · T/T 30/70 · 25–35 Days
JILU's standard wholesale MOQ is 100 units per model, with mixed-SKU trial containers negotiable. Production runs 25–35 days after deposit confirmation. Payment is T/T: 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy; L/C at sight is accepted for program-level orders. We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai; EXW is available for buyers with their own forwarder.
The 100-unit per-model minimum is what lets a first-time importer test a market without funding a full category launch, and the mixed-SKU 20GP keeps that trial honest: a buyer who cannot commit to 100 units of a single SKU can still fill a container with, say, 60 under-cabinet + 40 wall-mounted + backsplashes, as long as the per-model minimum is respected. For the market-wide context behind our own number, see our 2026 MOQ numbers study.
| Term | Standard program value | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| MOQ | 100 units per model | Mixed-SKU trial 20GP negotiable on request |
| Production lead time | 25–35 days | Starts after deposit confirmation and artwork lock |
| Payment | T/T 30% / 70% | 30% deposit on confirmation; 70% against B/L copy. L/C at sight for program tier |
| Ports of loading | FOB Ningbo / Shanghai | EXW Shengzhou for buyers with their own forwarder |
| Sample lead time | 7–10 days | Sample cost refunded against the first bulk order |
| Quotation turnaround | Within 24 hours | Spec sheets and certification copies included |
Why T/T 30/70 is the default on every tier
We chose T/T 30/70 because it splits risk symmetrically: you do not pay the full balance until the goods are physically loaded and the bill of lading exists, and we do not start raw-material purchasing until the deposit clears. Split-risk terms shrink the trust gap that kills first-time deals, which is why we default to 30/70 on every tier of the wholesale program. Program-tier orders can move to L/C at sight once the frame agreement signs, and importers who work through a buying office keep the same terms — the contract stays directly between JILU and the importer of record.

Four QC Control Points, Third-Party Inspection Welcome
Every wholesale order passes our four QC control points: CP-1 incoming material verification, CP-2 in-line airflow and electrical testing, CP-3 100% power-on testing before packing, and CP-4 pre-shipment AQL inspection. Third-party inspectors (SGS, BV or your nominated agent) are welcome on any order, and we host them on our QC floor every week.
Our four-control-point flow is what our QC team runs for every shipment, and CP-4 lines up with the ISO 2859-1 sampling standard that most third-party inspectors — SGS, BV, TUV — apply for AQL. Because every control point produces a signed traveler, you can audit our QC trail without visiting the factory: ask for the lot traveler before the pre-shipment inspection and you will see exactly which units passed which test, and which units we set aside for rework.
| Control point | Station | Evidence you receive |
|---|---|---|
| CP-1 | Incoming material verification — coil gauge, stainless grade, motor spec | Signed incoming lot record |
| CP-2 | In-line airflow and electrical testing on the assembly bay | In-line test traveler per lot |
| CP-3 | 100% power-on testing before packing | Power-on log per carton lot |
| CP-4 | Pre-shipment AQL inspection (ISO 2859-1 sampling) | AQL report + container loading photos |
Certification documents that ship with every container
Program hoods carry ETL listing for North America (UL 507 plus CSA C22.2 No. 64, queryable by model with Intertek) and CB Scheme certification for multi-market approval; for Europe the baseline is the EU CE marking framework (EN 60335-2-31 for range hoods) with REACH for material compliance. Certification documents and test reports ship with every order, and for OEM programs we arrange certificates under your brand. Certification timing is the single biggest schedule risk on a first-time bulk order — a factory that has not yet obtained the ETL or CB you need can cost you 60–90 days of lab testing; our existing certifications let you skip that step. Before you commit to any supplier, run the document checks in our factory-credentials verification guide, and see the stamping, weld and assembly stations behind CP-1 to CP-4 on our manufacturing capabilities page.
ETL authorization documents like this one ship with every North American wholesale order — queryable by model with Intertek. How Do You Start?
Five steps take most importers from first email to a signed frame agreement. The first four fit inside one quarter, and the sample stage overlaps the trial-order negotiation, so the calendar never stalls waiting on one document.
- Send your inquiry. Target categories, estimated quantity and destination market, via the quote form or WhatsApp +86-13819556668; the export team logs the request the same working day.
- Receive your quotation within 24 hours. Spec sheets and certification copies for every quoted model are included, so your compliance team can start the file review the same week.
- Order samples. 7–10 day sample lead time; the sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order, so the evaluation unit is effectively free once the trial order lands.
- Place a trial order. Inspect the goods yourself or nominate a third-party inspector (SGS, BV or your nominated agent) before shipment; the loading plan with carton photos goes out before departure.
- Sign a frame agreement. Lock pricing and a priority production slot for your annual program; regional terms — including exclusivity — are negotiable at frame level.
Sample units ship in 7–10 days with the same spec sheet and certification copies as the production model.Certification Documents Behind the Wholesale Program
The slideshow below collects the certification paperwork that ships with program orders: the IEC CB Test Certificate for multi-market approval and the Intertek ETL authorizations covering our wall-mount, slim and insert series. Every document is queryable by model number with the issuing body — ask for copies with your quotation.
